It can be daunting embarking on a new project but we are here to help guide you through it effortlessly. You can relax in the knowledge that you have the best and most skilled people working on it.

Firstly we set up the initial meeting to establish the scope of the job and to survey the site. The cost for this initial meeting is £80 + VAT.

We will then assess which trades will be required, and advise if any permits, Building Control, or structural advice is needed.

Quotes from the relevant trades are collated and a detailed estimate issued. The price for this service is £500 + VAT but this is redeemable against the total job should it go ahead.

Once the estimate is accepted, we will send you a copy of our terms and conditions to sign and deposit invoice. This is usually 50% upon sign-off, and 50% on completion, however on larger jobs, it may be necessary to devise a payment plan with scheduled stage payments.

An online Gannt chart is produced which you can access on line. This will let you know which trades are in on what day and will indicate the duration of the project.

The coordination of people and resources is key to keeping the project on time and on budget and we will maintain a firm line of communication with you throughout the process.
